Job summary

KEYSYS Consulting seeks a Project Manager to own project scope, milestones and deliverables across client projects. You will coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Technical teams to ensure clear requirements, proper planning and successful execution.

Expect weekly status reporting and ongoing prioritization of active development work. In this role you’ll lead sprint planning, communicate with stakeholders, and manage budgets to deliver projects that meet client expectations and drive KEYSYS’

Qualifications

• Manages project scope, milestones and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Communicates clearly with stakeholders to plan, execute and deliver on time.
• Ensures work aligns with signed scope and budget constraints.
• Familiar with Jira tickets and user stories in KEYSYS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete projects on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to define requirements and milestones.
• Lead Refinement and Sprint Planning with technical teams; attend daily scrums.
• Create and maintain weekly status reports for stakeholders.
• Prioritize active and signed development work and manage backlogs.
• Coordinate planning meetings and project handoffs to Business/Support.
