Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to define project scope and ensure alignment.
• Schedule kickoff meetings with Sales, design, and Resource Manager.
• Serve as client point of contact for all project needs.
• Maintain central communication between Clients, Sales, Resource Manager, and teams.
• Create project plans with milestones including third-party vendors and resources.
• Monitor hours, budgets, and progress; report weekly to management.
• Lead and motivate project teams toward aligned objectives.
• Manage changes to protect scope and profitability; close projects properly.
