Job summary

WHSmith North America is seeking a Project Manager, Business Transformation in Las Vegas to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that optimize operations and deliver measurable results. You will coordinate cross-functional projects across Operations, Buying, Planning, IT and Supply Chain to maintain alignment with scope, timelines and goals.

Responsibilities include governance, testing, change management, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment with stores, warehouses and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in project management, business operations, or cross-functional program delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple business functions (Operations, Buying, Planning, IT, Supply Chain).
• Strong executive presence with experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects spanning Operations, Buying, Planning, IT, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and governance practices.
• Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Maintain project timelines, task assignments, and key deliverables; track dependencies.
• Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing and validation activities.
• Drive status updates, communication plans, and training materials for organizational readiness.
• Prepare and deliver updates and presentations to senior executives.
