Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a financial institution, credit union, banking, technology, or regulated environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile, Scrum, or other related project management certifications preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders, and managing technology implementations or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic, operational, and technology-related projects from initiation through implementation and post-project review.
• Develop project charters, business requirements, project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resource allocations, communication plans, scope, objectives, milestones, and success measurements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities among internal departments, executive leadership, vendors, consultants, and third-party partners while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resource utilization, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, establish agendas, document action items, and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
