Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within a financial institution or regulated environment.
• PMI/Agile certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational, and technology projects from initiation through implementation and post-project review.
• Develop project charters, business requirements, project plans, budgets, and success measurements.
• Coordinate activities among internal departments, leadership, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, manage changes, and ensure quality deliverables.
