Job summary

Dort Financial Credit Union is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion in a collaborative environment. You will partner with stakeholders to define goals, plan resources, and maintain clear communication across teams to ensure alignment with member needs and organizational priorities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of project management experience, knowledge of Agile approaches, and strong budgeting/financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Supply Chain, and Operations Management or related field highly preferred; equivalent education/work experience may be considered.
• PM credentials (PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
• Experience with short- and long-range planning.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM software.
