Job summary

Park Community Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager to drive the implementation of credit union projects from concept through production, ensuring work quality and timely delivery in support of organizational goals. You will coordinate interdepartmental resources, identify objectives, develop timelines with milestones, and act as liaison between vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications,

Qualifications

CAPM certification required or equivalent.
Extensive Symitar Core System expertise.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead team discussions, delegate tasks, and assess feedback.
Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, calendars, email, and database software.

Responsibilities

Manage implementation of assigned projects, coordinating resources, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder involvement.
Act as liaison between vendors, internal resources, and stakeholders while keeping leadership informed.
Make/configure updates in Symitar and other systems as needed during project lifecycles.
Work with Compliance to ensure rules and processes minimize credit union risk.
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce risk.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
