You will build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication and collaboration, leveraging Michels' self-perform capabilities to deliver large‑scale energy and infrastructure projects across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.
