Responsibilities

• Supervises onsite Managers, Leads and/or other onsite staff, and Project Managers within a portfolio structure.
• Oversees contract and financial performance, service delivery, quality management, employee management, and related proposal development activities.
• Provides leadership to ensure engagements are successful and may blend program management with client delivery responsibilities.
• Directs and mentors Project Managers and junior staff; ensures adherence to customer contracts and organizational policies.
• Coordinates with functional departments to execute contract delivery, mitigate issues, and improve internal processes.
• Manages ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements and portfolio quality activities.
• Acts as primary client interface and reports to senior portfolio staff; attends client meetings for contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Supports business development and proposal activities; identifies growth opportunities within the portfolio.
