TotalEnergies in Woburn, MA seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects for government and commercial clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 7+ years PM experience, and 2+ years of managerial experience. U.S. citizenship preferred; PMP preferred.

• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, MS Teams).
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Collaborates with engineering management to set workloads.
• Manages complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Liaises across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage risks, deliverables, schedules, costs, and plans.

• Prepares agendas, notes, and project summaries; tracks task status and resource allocation.
