U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Manager in Cincinnati to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within CSC operations, including 24-Hour Banking and contact center projects.

You will build integrated project plans, coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, and deliver executive-style updates for senior leaders. The role requires strong project-management experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate both traditional and Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and working groups across CSC operations, contact center, and technical teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and influence partners across functions to move initiatives forward.
• Facilitate decision-making, status reviews, and governance forums.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, exceptions, dependencies, and escalations.
• Create clear project narratives, executive-level updates, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Present project progress, decisions, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and independently lead related discussions.
