Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Planning and Execution Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and guide cross-functional teams. This exempt role reports to the SrMgr - Portfolio Planning and Execution within Operations Planning and Execution.

The position emphasizes strategic delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and disciplined program governance to accelerate business value while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, or related area required
• 5+ years combined experience in project analysis, coordination and management, preferably in a financial institution required

Responsibilities

• Manages initiatives with moderate to high scope and complexity. Leads project team member and business/technical partners.
• Program Communication & Administration: Develops and presents project communication to influence key internal and external stakeholders to focus transparent rapid business value delivery.
• Project Delivery: Sets project expectations and strategy; ensures the development of organizational change plans.
• Consultant: Challenges where appropriate to drive initiatives and program/project teams forward and aligns to program vision.
• Team Leadership: Motivates and inspires teams to coalesce and commit to shared purpose and coordinate distributed teams.
• Strategy and Analysis: Coordinates and supports prioritization for the business and defines measurable value with senior leaders.
