KENT Consumer Brands Americas, LLC in Muscatine, Iowa seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion, driving innovation and operating effectiveness. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business objectives and bring new ideas to market.

Responsibilities include developing plans, guiding teams through all phases, and maintaining documentation, with up to 10% travel.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing project management methodologies, tools, and software.
PMP or similar certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving projects to outcomes.
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Manage stage-gate processes to ensure progress and objectives.
Monitor schedules, risks, resources, and scope changes; implement solutions.
Prepare and communicate project updates and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.
Maintain project documentation and collaboration tools.
