Job summary

KENT Consumer Brands Americas, LLC, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE™ family, seeks a Project Manager in Muscatine, IA to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. You will drive innovation, support new product development, and optimize operational effectiveness across our brands portfolio, delivering projects on time and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder communication, and process improvements, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years using project management methodologies, tools, and managing timelines.
PMP certification or other project management certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables with clear scope and requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases to ensure execution.
Manage stage-gate processes to keep projects progressing toward objectives.
Monitor schedules, risks, resources, and scope changes; implement corrective actions.
Prepare and communicate project updates and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
Partner with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Maintain project documentation and collaboration tools for knowledge sharing.
