You will lead projects from concept through startup, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for safety, quality, productivity, and growth.

Based in Muscatine, IA, the role covers multiple locations and emphasizes collaboration, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital and operational projects from concept through startup, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, R&D, Finance, Sales, Marketing) to achieve project objectives.
• Manage contractors, vendors and construction activities; ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
