Job summary

KENT Nutrition Group, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE™ family, is seeking a Division Engineer to lead projects across our manufacturing operations in Muscatine, IA. You will drive safety, efficiency, reliability, and environmental performance while partnering with plant managers and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include managing capital and expense projects from concept to startup, developing cost estimates, training personnel, and overseeing all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Agricultural, Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Systems Technology.
• Internship or co-op experience in operations or manufacturing is strongly desired.
• Experience in Feed mill or similar industrial process is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects that improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and profitability across manufacturing operations.
• Manage capital and expense projects from concept through startup, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Partner with Plant Managers, operations, and maintenance teams to support safe operations and continuous improvement.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and cost estimates aligned with objectives and safety.
• Oversee all phases of assigned projects from design to startup and training.
