Job summary

KENT Consumer Brands Americas, LLC, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE™ family, seeks a Project Manager in Muscatine, IA to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years using project management methodologies, tools, and managing timelines.
• PMP certification or other project management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, support new product development, and enhance operational effectiveness across our consumer brands portfolio. Working closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, you will guide projects from concept to completion, improve processes, and help bring new ideas to market while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. • This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, Iowa.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment on project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, driving accountability and successful execution.
• Manage and maintain stage-gate processes to ensure projects progress efficiently and meet established business objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, resources, and scope changes while implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and communicate project updates, analytics, and key performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and collaboration tools to support knowledge sharing and future project success.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering projects from planning through execution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing project management methodologies, tools, and software to manage competing priorities and project timelines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other project management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving projects to successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.

• Up to 10% travel as business needs require.
