Job summary

OP RaaS is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional and cross-opco teams through all stages of the project lifecycle in Memphis. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with customer expectations, managing major initiatives or multiple projects with clear sponsorship and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is required.
A minimum of five years in a technical or professional environment.
At least two years of leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional and cross-opco teams through all project lifecycle phases.
Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and customer expectations.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Sustain risk management and mitigation strategies for project success.
Communicate project status to sponsors and stakeholders regularly.
Collaborate with vendors and customers as required.
