Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead planning and delivery of complex technology initiatives across client and internal teams. You will translate business objectives into actionable technical plans, manage risks and dependencies, and keep teams aligned while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project or program management experience, including leading technology initiatives.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum delivery.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing schedules, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and executive reporting.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation, deployment, and post-launch support.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, resources, dependencies, and roadmaps.
Coordinate with engineering, architecture, product, QA, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, deliverables, and workstreams.
Document decisions, dependencies, assumptions, and action items; ensure alignment.
Identify risks, blockers, scope changes, and resource constraints; drive resolution.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Track project health with KPIs and provide status reports to leadership and clients.
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinements, retros).
Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, releases, and implementation activities.
Manage third-party vendors and technology partners as needed.
Establish governance, documentation standards, escalation processes, and communication rhythms.
Drive accountability and strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
Lead continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
