Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technical delivery across cross-functional IT teams, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget. You will create execution plans, allocate resources, and coordinate releases, with liaison duties between business and technical talent.

Responsibilities include guiding large programs, managing budgets and risks, tracking milestones, and maintaining SDLC quality and security standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of related experience, or HS/GED with 8–10 years of related experience.
• Experience delivering IT projects across applications, infrastructure, security and ITSM.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, deliverables, dependencies, timelines and resources.
• Manage projects to meet budget, schedule and quality targets; address risks and issues proactively.
• Monitor performance and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead creation and execution of Statements of Work with delivery partners.
• Coordinate agile product teams, sprint planning and cross-team collaboration.
