Job summary

Altera Digital Health Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Service Delivery Management team.

The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exemplary service delivery and measurable business outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, monitor SOWs, and manage budgets and hours through the Clarity portal, while ensuring 95%+ client retention and adherence to defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, service delivery, or a client-facing operations role.
• Strong understanding of contract management, SLA/OLA frameworks, and financial tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with a high degree of organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all stakeholder levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery and ensure on-time results.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and time entries via relevant systems.
• Monitor SLA/OLA adherence and coordinate remediation when needed.
• Maintain contracts and track end-dates; support growth opportunities with clients.
