Job summary

Vestmark’s Client Delivery organization seeks a Project Manager to join the PMO. You’ll plan, coordinate, and oversee client-facing product/tool rollouts from kickoff through go-live, aligning stakeholders and managing risk.

Responsibilities include end-to-end rollout planning, cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Products, QA, Advisory Consultants, Production Support, and the development of PMO templates and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of project management experience in financial services, wealth management, or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with traditional PM practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder groups with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting status to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Self-starter who can build structure and process where none exists, and proactively identify, escalating and help plan mitigation of risks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate end-to-end rollouts of new Vestmark products and tools to clients — from kickoff through go-live.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and Go/No-Go checklists; report regular project status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across teams (Engineering, Products, QA, Advisory Consultants, Production Support).
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to give leadership visibility into project health and risk.
• Develop, maintain PMO templates and playbooks to standardize delivery.
• Participate in internal product education sessions to stay current on Vestmark product roadmap.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from Client Delivery leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
