Job summary

The University of Oregon's Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health seeks a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives advancing the national model of child behavioral health training. Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • Established ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions regarding project priorities, implementation strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, evaluate alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to influence decision-making among leaders, partners, and stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level reports, analyses, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex, high-impact initiatives advancing the child behavioral health training program.
  • Act as lead for project governance, planning, and performance management and align across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Establish goals, evaluate risks and opportunities, and develop recommendations to address operational and strategic challenges.
  • Synthesize information from diverse sources, identify trends and implications, and influence decisions impacting project success.
