Job summary

Seattle Children's in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Program Manager I to oversee a defined program within Embedded Behavioral Health. You will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting while aligning with clinicians and leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

This on-site role focuses on continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and leading committees to ensure successful program delivery across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management.
• Three years experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams; including data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Proven record of project completion, program planning, execution and status reporting.
• Experience leading committees, activities and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific program or group of programs, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement program objectives and continuous improvement.
• Monitor program effectiveness and mobilize stakeholders.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure ongoing operation.
• Present proposals to management and lead teams as needed.
