The candidate will support an EVP and their leadership team, architecting the Associate Experience & Engagement Engine, and ensuring structured delivery from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and governance for associate experience programs.
• Coordinate Talent & Performance Management cycles with HR partners and leaders.
• Drive cross-enterprise collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data and communicate findings to inform decisions.
