Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate, Project Management to lead the Associate Experience & Engagement Engine within the CDX team in New York. You’ll architect governance, drive cross-functional execution, and champion continuous improvement across strategic initiatives.

You’ll partner with HRBPs and leaders to manage cycles, develop structured workstreams, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in operations, financial management, or program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagement planning and OKR alignment across initiatives.
• Manage Talent Management and Performance Management cycles with HR partners.
• Define governance routines and operational docs for associate experience programs.
• Support integration of associate experience and change management initiatives.
• Configure Jira, Confluence, Google Sites, and Slack to standardize workflows.
