Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
• At least 3 years Project Management experience preferred.
• Masters or MBA degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence & Associate/Customer Solutions: Manage key operational workflows and leadership forums to ensure seamless execution.
• Strategic Problem Solving & Project Delivery: Structure ambiguous problems and independently execute plans with timelines and milestones.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling: Develop data-driven presentations for senior audiences and clearly articulate business value.
• Thought Partnership & Influence: Provide data-backed insights and act as a consultant to peers and leaders.
• Stakeholder Management & Customer Focus: Build relationships with partners to understand customer needs and manage expectations.
• Teamwork & Culture: Collaborate with peers to share best practices and support the broader team.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
