Job summary

PharmaLogic is seeking a Project Manager, Associate Director to lead cross-functional initiatives that advance strategic objectives and improve efficiency across the radiopharmaceutical organization. This role acts as a facilitator with operational leaders to drive concept-to-implementation initiatives and sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience, operations, operational excellence, or business analytics.
• PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred (PgMP or PfMP a plus).
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives with measurable results.
• Proficiency with PM tools and KPI dashboards/reports (Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Apply and standardize PM framework across sites, including phase-gate governance, templates, standard work and decision rights.
• Maintain an integrated view of the portfolio, aligning project priorities, capacity and resources with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project charters, integrated plans, schedules and WBS with milestones, deliverables and owners.
• Define, track and report portfolio KPIs (schedule adherence, milestone/invoicing attainment).
• Capture lessons learned at phase gates and project close to update standard work, templates and training.
• Build metrics linking project performance to operational and financial results to drive improvements.
