PharmaLogic is seeking a Project Manager, Associate Director to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation in a remote role for the North American radiopharmaceutical operations. You will drive governance, charters, schedules and KPI reporting across sites to improve efficiency and customer delivery.

The role emphasizes structured problem-solving, strong stakeholder management and a data-driven approach to operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience driving continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• Proficiency with project management tools and KPI dashboards.

Mansioni

• Lead PM governance across sites, including phase-gate governance, templates, standard work and decision rights.
• Maintain an integrated view of the portfolio, aligning priorities and resources with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project charters, integrated plans, schedules and milestones with owners and invoicing milestones.
• Define, track and report portfolio KPIs (schedule adherence, milestones, invoicing, change orders).
• Capture lessons learned and convert to updated standard work and training.
• Build metrics linking project performance to operational and financial results.
