Job summary

ARES is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex technical, engineering, and software development initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full project life-cycle. You will drive delivery excellence, manage schedules, and align stakeholder expectations with NASA standards.

The role requires strong communication skills and experience in Agile delivery frameworks, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera and related project-management practices.

Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI ACP, SAFe) or strong demonstrated Agile experience.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering or software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project; Primavera experience is transferable.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track delivery metrics in Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
