Job summary

NEOMED in Ohio seeks a Project Manager in the College of Pharmacy, Office of the Dean, to organize communications, planning, implementation, review, assessment, and promotion of department projects. The role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to drive program objectives.

The position covers project management, budget oversight, and liaison work across University units and external partners, supporting the College of Pharmacy's Office of Student Success initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one-year related work experience in a project support role with responsibilities for project management, communications, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: lead short- and long-term organizational goals; manage confidential information and reports; support project leads and teams.
• Communication: act as liaison between University and partners; manage stakeholder communications at all levels.
• Budget and Financial: assist in budgeting and operational plans; monitor expenses; develop financial reports.
