Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and licensure to practice.
• Minimum five years of experience with students in higher education student personnel/administration.
• Experience with residency match processes and curriculum development, advising or counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain student conduct and professionalism standards for the College.
• Develop and manage Academic Success and Career Advising initiatives for medical students.
• Oversee residency applications and Match processes to ensure compliance and timely outcomes.
• Provide administrative oversight of the Badging Program and participate in admissions/interviews as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
