Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Management (PULSE) to drive strategy and oversee high-priority programs across the company. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align roadmaps with business goals, and report program health to executive leadership.

You will lead end-to-end execution, manage portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and risk governance, and coach a team of project managers to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 8 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 Year of People Management experience.
• Masters or MBA degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic execution across key business initiatives.
• Drive PULSE portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and strategic sequencing for product programs.
• Deliver strategic health status updates and unblock high-visibility initiatives with executive leadership.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and transparency across tech, vendors, and partners.
• Coach and develop a team of project managers.
