Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead high-priority programs within the Network Risk Operations team of the Global Payment Network. You will partner with senior leadership to translate complex challenges into strategic actions and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong project management, communication, and data storytelling skills, along with a strategic mindset to influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of cross-functional stakeholder communications experience.
• 4+ years of cross-organizational decision-making experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading high-priority special projects that provide strategic support to the Head of Network Risk Operations and the senior leadership team
• Identifying and analyzing unstructured business challenges, leveraging and translating data into compelling stories to drive action and creating decision-ready recommendations for leadership
• Facilitating and managing strategic planning routines and leadership operating rhythms to set and deliver on a high-impact agenda
• Partnering cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
