Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Management (PULSE) to drive strategy and execute high-priority projects. You will oversee cross-functional delivery, align roadmaps with corporate goals, and serve as a key liaison to executive leadership.

The role emphasizes planning, governance, and stakeholder management across tech and partners. You will lead a team of project managers, coach associates, and elevate program management standards to ensure timely delivery and strong risk controls

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience is required.
At least 8 years of Project Management experience is required.
At least 1 year of People Management experience is required.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end strategic execution across key business initiatives.
Drive portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and sequencing for product programs.
Provide health status updates to executive leadership and unblock high-visibility initiatives.
Foster cross-functional alignment across tech, vendors, and partners regarding scope, budget, and timelines.
Instill consistent project management methodologies and risk governance.
