Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Management (PULSE) to drive strategy and execute high-priority projects.

This role leads end-to-end execution across key initiatives, aligning roadmaps with organizational goals and delivering critical health updates to executives. You will guide risk governance, cross-functional alignment with tech and vendors, and foster leadership development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
• Develop and manage project plans in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ensure projects are documented to mitigate risk and deliver on time.
• Collaborate with customers to drive project delivery and strategic partnership.
• Lead a team of project managers and exhibit strong influencing skills.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage and influence outcomes.
