WEG Transformers USA (WTU) seeks a Project Leader to manage customer interactions, safeguard contract fulfillment, and coordinate production scheduling. You will handle all order inquiries, ensure design and inspection requirements are followed, and maintain complete order documentation from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, SAP experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Clear, effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Lives within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri and has reliable transportation.
• Holds current work authorization for employment in the United States.
• Must complete application, talent assessment, interview, drug screen, and background check.

Responsabilités

• Assume customer contact at order time and safeguard contract obligations.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling to protect lead times.
• Handle inquiries related to the order and liaise with Engineering on issues.
• Ensure contract inspection and design review requirements are met.
• Ensure order files are complete and well-documented.
• Submit final contract documents and resolve change orders or penalties.
• Coordinate and support customer visits and plant tours.
• Represent WEG at presentations and client events.
