The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Project Manager to lead major business and technology projects within the Department of Revenue. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and guiding project work, with responsibilities spanning planning, scope management, team leadership, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.

Full-time with standard hours and potential telework up to 3 days weekly after training; in-office training required.

Qualificações

• One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration).
• Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• You must have a minimum of 3 years Project Management experience.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsabilidades

• Project Planning: Lead the creation, adjustment, and management of plans for all phases of project work
• Scope Management: Ensure project scope is followed and document any needed changes
• Team Leadership: Guide teams, assign responsibilities, and keep staff informed of timelines and milestones
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project activities against the plan and take action when delays occur
• Risk Mitigation: Identify risks, prepare response plans, and carry out contingency actions
• Stakeholder Coordination: Build strong relationships, share updates, and present proposals to clients and partners
