Responsibilities

• Leads all phases of large scale and complex projects to meet business plan objectives.
• Manages quality and timeliness of projects and budget impact.
• Oversees day-to-day project management from concept to implementation.
• Develops PMO strategic plan, policies, models and performance measures.
• Coaches and mentors project managers to solve problems.
• Builds stakeholder relationships across the organization and with vendors.
• Documents progress and archives project artifacts for future use.
