• PM Certification or CSM preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience in the medical insurance field is preferred.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable plans and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support a corporate approach to project management and governance.
• Lead project teams from initiation to implementation with leadership involvement.
• Develop scope documents, timelines, WBS, budgets and resources for projects.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and key decisions; escalate when needed.
• Provide status reports and recommendations to senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Lead project closure and post-implementation evaluation.
