Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Specialty Pharmacy team’s project portfolio and drive project success through effective management and cross-functional coordination.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Program Management and requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of PM experience in healthcare/pharmacy; PMP is preferred. Hybrid work options and an excellent benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of project management experience in healthcare or pharmacy preferred.
• Strong PM skills including planning, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate project teams to success.
• Experience with PM software such as MS Project or Smartsheet and MS Office.
• Understanding of data analytics terminology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Executes the drug manufacturer’s project portfolio, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals and objectives.
• Acts as a liaison between the data team and operations, and develops and maintains manufacturer project plans and timelines.
• Manages project scope and identifies risks and issues, mitigating them with the project team.
• Communicates project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve project management processes and procedures.
