Cardinal Health's cCARE Fresno Administration Offices seeks a Consultant, Strategy & Execution (Project Management) to drive critical initiatives across Navista for cCare sites in Fresno and Southern California. You will lead cross‑functional projects, scope charters, manage budgets, and report progress to senior leadership.

The role requires 4–7 years in management consulting or clinical operations project management, a Bachelor's degree, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, highly preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or clinical operations project management, highly preferred.
• Travel up to 20%, required.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute integration strategies for new clinical partnerships, practice acquisitions, or technology implementations.
• Lead end-to-end project management for key strategic initiatives, from scoping and charter development to execution and post-implementation review.
• Act as a primary liaison between operational, technical, and clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
• Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and provide clear, actionable status reports to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
