Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Customer Solutions – Project Management to lead customer-focused supply chain projects, using Cardinal Health tools and reporting to improve inventory management, workflow efficiency, and overall solution performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare supply chain or project management, strong problem solving, and experience with Excel and Tableau. The role is onsite across hospitals in Eastern Massachusetts, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare supply chain and/or healthcare project management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve; strong customer-facing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a portfolio of customer projects onsite at various hospitals.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize inventory reconciliation and workflow changes.
• Present benefits and adoption strategies to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Report progress using Cardinal Health tools and Excel-based reporting.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships and advocate for issue resolution.
