Cardinal Health seeks a Sr. Consultant – Strategy & Execution to drive strategic initiatives across Navista for cCare sites in Fresno and Southern California. You will lead complex projects, bridge operations, clinical and technical teams, and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships for measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes independence, end-to-end project delivery, and execution of integration strategies with a focus on improving clinical delivery models and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or clinical operations project management.
• Travel up to 20% required.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute integration strategies for new clinical partnerships, practice acquisitions, or technology implementations.
• Lead end-to-end project management for key strategic initiatives, from scoping and charter development to execution and post-implementation review.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Act as a primary liaison between operational, technical, and clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
• Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and provide clear, actionable status reports to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
