Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare supply chain and/or project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and biased toward problem solving.
• Strong supply chain and customer facing experience.
• Experience with Workday or Epic systems preferred.
• Data and analytics proficiency: Excel (Pivot tables) and Tableau preferred.
• Experience working within inventory management systems and other databases.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory reconciliation processes to maintain and optimize service/solution.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of projects for the customer.
• Work onsite at customer locations in hospitals or surgery centers.
• Cultivate relationships to ensure a positive customer experience and long-term relationships.
• Articulate benefits and adoption strategies to customer supply chains to drive efficiency.
• Conduct customer presentations and internal account planning.
• Advocate for customers to resolve issues promptly per policies.
• Collaborate with Sr. Consultant on opportunities within the account.
• Work in cross-functional teams externally and internally.
• Report via Excel and Cardinal Health reporting tools.
