Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational projects across VMC Group and its operating companies.
• Translate priorities into clearly defined project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage projects from initiation through closeout.
• Establish priorities, ownership, dependencies, and success measures.
• Monitor performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, profitability, and organizational effectiveness.
