Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 7 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 Year of People Management experience.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of People Management experience preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
• Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment.
• Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and deliver on time.
• Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
• Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Demonstrating outstanding influencing skills to drive project and program efforts.
