Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead the execution of high-value pipeline and compressor station projects in the United States. You will manage cost, schedule, scope, and risks for projects exceeding $100 million from inception through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and navigating FERC regulatory requirements.

Travel up to 50% is anticipated. This non-relocation, non-sponsorship role requires a valid driver's license and offers a flexible benefits program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, operations, or project management.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least five years in the pipeline industry.
• PMP certification or equivalent designation is an asset.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate risks and issues, evaluate alternatives, and act decisively.
• Strong leadership and planning skills with urgency to drive complex issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, cross-functional project teams and take accountability for the successful delivery of assigned capital projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, budgets, and scenarios that support business objectives and project requirements.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, performance, change controls, and adherence to Project Life Cycle requirements.
• Identify project risks, exposures, and opportunities, maintain project risk registers, and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, agency responses, project reporting, and external relationships associated with FERC and other permitting requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership on project execution, contractor selection, commercial agreements, stakeholder communications, and lessons learned.
