Job summary

Enbridge Inc. in Waltham, MA is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead complex, high-value pipeline and compressor station projects with accountability for cost, schedule, scope, and performance.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, navigate FERC and permitting, and guide capital projects from inception through closeout, delivering critical energy infrastructure that creates lasting value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, operations, or project management.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least five years in the pipeline industry and experience managing projects from inception through closeout.
• PMP certification or an equivalent designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, cross-functional project teams and take accountability for the successful delivery of assigned capital projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, budgets, and scenarios that support business objectives and project requirements.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, performance, change controls, and adherence to Project Life Cycle requirements.
• Identify project risks, exposures, and opportunities, maintain project risk registers, and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, agency responses, project reporting, and external relationships associated with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other permitting requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership on project execution, contractor selection, commercial agreements, stakeholder communications, and lessons learned.
