Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Project Management Specialist to lead the execution of complex capital projects, including pipeline and compressor stations, with accountability for cost, schedule, scope and performance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, navigate FERC regulatory and federal permitting requirements, and guide projects valued at over $100 million from inception through closeout. Significant travel (up to 50%) is required, with flexibility to work across US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction, operations, or project management.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least five years in the pipeline industry.
• PM methods knowledge; PMP certification or equivalent asset.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate risks and act to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, cross-functional project teams and ensure successful delivery of capital projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, budgets, and scenarios aligning with business objectives.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, performance, change controls, and lifecycle requirements.
• Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and implement mitigation measures.
